The STarq.exe file is a utility program that can be used to
compress or decompress *.ARQ files created by STI's built-in
Back Up Data Files program.  

        Syntax:  STarq -options [ARQ file name] [destination]

For example, to extract all of the files in T3BACK.ARQ to a 
directory named C:\TEMP, you would use:

	STarq -x T3BACK.ARQ C:\TEMP

To test the validity of an ARQ file, you would use the -t 
option similar to the following example:

        STarq -t CMBACK.ARQ
