Primary Responsibilities
and Duties
- Provide telephone support to law firms across the U.S. operating financial and practice
management software developed by Software Technology, Inc. (approximately
four hours on the phone each day).
- Enter call information into a support
tracking system.
- Correspond with Tabs3
and PracticeMaster users and resellers.
- Write for the Tabs3 and
PracticeMaster monthly newsletter.
- Test and learn new versions of Tabs3
and PracticeMaster software.

Job Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting PC-based software.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (accounts
receivable, general ledger, accounts payable).
- Customer service oriented.
- Outstanding phone skills and voice quality.
- Able to work independently.
- Enjoys learning.
Strong preference is placed on local/regional
candidates. No H1B sponsorship or relocation assistance is available
at this time.
