User Newsletter

The User Newsletter is a support resource for quick tips, common questions, and product features that will help you better utilize the features of Tabs3 Billing and PracticeMaster, as well as the other products from Software Technology. In addition to covering topics such as performance issues, backing-up, and articles informing you of new software releases, most of the newsletters consist of questions and answers about our software. These questions and answers are all written by our knowledgeable Technical Support Staff.

The home page is where you can find the current month's articles. We also have categories of articles that range from feature articles and Quick Tips, to important announcements and more.

You can easily search within the user newsletter in case you want to find more articles from the current month or our archive on a topic of interest. This can be a great resource for quick and easy information. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to email us at

Accessing the Newsletter

You will receive a reminder on the 15th of each month when you open the software. Clicking inside the popup will take you directly to the newsletter site. Alternatively, selecting Help | Internet Resources | User Newsletter from within the software will also take you directly to the site. Either of these ways will automatically log you in to the newsletter site.
