Case Master Version 2 Duplicate Related Party Key Report

1.  Download the CM2RPDUP.RW file to the CMREPORT subdirectory 
    under your Case Master program directory.  

2.  Start Case Master.

3.  Case Master Windows Users:  Select Report | Custom Reports.  
    Click the Rebuild button.  The report will now appear on your
    list with the Name "CM2RPDUP" and the title "Duplicate
    Related Party Keys".  Highlight this report and choose
    "Print".

    Case Master DOS Users:  Select Reports | Custom Reports |
    Rebuild Table of Contents.  Highlight "YES" and press Enter.
    Select Print Report.  In the Report to Print field, enter
    "CM2RPDUP" or use F7 to select that report.  

4.  Either print or display the report.  This report will tell 
    you whether there are any duplicate related party key fields
    in your Version 2.2 data.


This report will not show the first indication of the duplicate 
record, only subsequent duplicate records ones will be shown. 

You must edit the Related Party Key field using Case Master 
Version 2.2 for any duplicate records shown before converting to 
Version 10.  

The text "Blank Related Party Key" indicates the Key Field for
the duplicate Related Party is blank.
