Case Master Version 2 Phone Number Reports

1.  Download the CSPHNCHK.RW (Case File) and RPPHNCHK.RW (Related
    Party File) files to the CMREPORT subdirectory under your 
    Case Master program directory.  

2.  Start Case Master.

3.  Case Master Windows Users:  Select Report | Custom Reports.  
    Click the Rebuild button.  The report will now appear on your
    list.  Highlight this report and choose
    "Print".

    Case Master DOS Users:  Select Reports | Custom Reports |
    Rebuild Table of Contents.  Highlight "YES" and press Enter.
    Select Print Report.  In the Report to Print field, use F7 
    to select that report.  

4.  Either print or display the report.  This report will tell 
    you which phone number fields (if any) may be truncated 
    during the conversion to Version 10.  You may want to edit 
    these phone numbers before the conversion.
