FIXYEAR.EXE Instructions
========================

A problem has been discovered in TABS III Version 8 for Windows.
TABS III changes the current reporting month from 12/99 to 01/10
(instead of 01/00) when the Clear Productivity Totals program is
run for December 1999.  The FIXYEAR.EXE program will fix this
problem for users who have already cleared their December 1999
Productivity Totals. The FIXYEAR.EXE program will reset the
current reporting month from 01/10 to 01/00.

NOTE:  If your firm has cleared productivity totals for December
1999 AND has since updated statements while the current reporting 
month was incorrect, the worked productivity figures for those 
updated statements will have been lost and cannot be recovered.

To run the FIXYEAR.EXE program:

1.   Download the FIXYEAR.EXE file to the directory where the 
     TABS III Version 8 for Windows program files reside.

2.   Make sure no other workstations are using TABS III.

3.   Execute the FIXYEAR.EXE file.  When asked where to extract 
     the file, specify the directory where the TABS III for 
     Windows Version 8 program files reside.

4.   After the program has completed, delete the FIXYEAR.EXE and
     FIXPRDYR.EXE files from your hard drive.

NOTE:  The FIXYEAR.EXE program is a self-extracting compressed
file.  It contains one file named FIXPRDYR.EXE.  Once extracted,
the FIXPRDYR.EXE automatically executes itself.
