As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will:

  • Be a Leader. Support and oversee the daily operations of a team of Technical Support Representatives that provide customer service to our clients, including monitoring and managing call and email volume.
  • Develop and Train Staff. Mentor, train, coach, and motivate team members. Support, monitor, and provide feedback, conduct formal and informal reviews on an ongoing basis, and provide recommendations for proficiencies, promotions, dismissals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide Technical Expertise. Assist with troubleshooting complex support situations including network related errors, remote desktop, performance, desktop applications and Microsoft Office, and respond to escalated customer service situations.
  • Identify Solutions. Engage in problem resolution for our software, accurately assess support situations, and collaborate with other internal departments to solve technical issues while maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Make Suggestions. Perform trend analyses to determine cause and resolution and make recommendations as to what documentation or tools are needed.
