It is stable and intuitive. The installation and set-up were truly quite easy. Getting new users on board and familiar with the product is really very simple. The few times in 20+ years I have required support, they have been excellent. ​

I think the dashboard is particularly user-friendly. I'm not a particularly tech-savvy person, so anything really complicated was not gonna work. This is very straightforward for the purposes that I need to use it for. I found the setup to be quite straightforward, and I was able to do most of it myself. ​

Customer support is top-notch when you need it, which is rare! The software is intuitively setup to make your user experience more productive. In addition, the software assists you in having a clean account. The ability to email statements directly within the program helps to reduce postage cost significantly.​

I am currently the Business Office Manager for a law firm that uses Tabs3 software. I have used many accounting software packages and this one has been my favorite so far. ​

I appreciate how there are various ways to get to the same result, which I think is super user-friendly. I love that I can see my hours by month, day, or client.​

There are many things I like about Tabs 3. One aspect that is very helpful is that I can go between the regular Tabs 3 billing and the Trust account within the same program.​
