Tabs3 CRM is a client relationship management service that is used to gather and manage prospective clients from multiple marketing sources. Tabs3 CRM simplifies the process of qualifying leads through customized intake forms and automated communication (via phone, email, and text messages). Once you are ready to take on the client, you can easily create a client in PracticeMaster using the information from Tabs3 CRM.
Yes. Once a lead becomes a client, they can be sent to PracticeMaster as a new matter. To send a lead to PracticeMaster, use the following steps:

Once your Tabs3 CRM account has been created, you will be contacted by a product expert who will help you complete the onboarding process. During that process, you must finish linking the Tabs3 CRM account to PracticeMaster using the following steps:

Onboarding usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to complete. However, this can vary due to many factors, including how many custom intake forms need to be created, scheduling training, and complexity of setup to fit your firm’s structure.
