Job description…

• Design and implement new products and features to improve user experience
•  Create mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and training documents for internal and external users
•  Instill the voice of the customer into the design process
•  Quality assurance control, and monitor and implement user feedback on new features

Qualifications…

• Prefer BS or Associate’s in a technical field such as Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Web Graphics, or related education and/or experience
• Prefer experience with product lifecycle management, development research, or product design
• Some knowledge of application programming, user interface standards, and web technologies
•  Web design, specifically HTML/CSS experience
• Adept problem solver and communicator
