    Our telephone support is based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Each technical support representative goes through an intensive training program to prepare them for helping clients, with ongoing training throughout their career at our company.     Dan Berlin, President and CEO of Software Technology, continues to work with his passion, legal technology. Dan has been a regular speaker and panelist at national and regional seminars and conferences on law office automation since the late 1980s. Dan currently sits on Vendor Advisory Boards for ABA Techshow, Legaltech, and ABA Expo; and is a past advisory board member for the ALA.
